Summary: Thrilling and exciting from the first second until the bitter end. Billy Bob Thornton at his best. For John Grisham fans who love David against Goliath stories.
2. "Better Call Saul" – a guide for con artists
Netflix – 2 seasons
Story: The spin-off prequel tells the story of solicitor Saul Goodman in the past and after the events of "Breaking Bad". How he started as Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk) and finally became the slick lawyer.
Summary: For everyone who misses the unique characters of "Breaking Bad" and wants to know more about their past. Gallows humour and a protagonist who often stumbles but never gives up.
3. "Ally McBeal" for daydreamers
DVD – 5 seasons
Story: The series stars Ally McBeal (Calista Flockhart) – a young lawyer working in the fictional Boston law firm Cage and Fish, with other young lawyers whose lives and loves are eccentric, humorous and dramatic.
Summary: Not only had David E. Kelley his finger in the pie with Goliath but also with Ally McBeal. These two TV shows could‘t be more different – reality vs. fairy-tale phantasies. Ally McBeal is perfect for dreamers, dancers and "Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain" fans. The show also throws you back in the late 90s with an incredible young and sexy Robert Downey Jr. as Larry Paul. Warning: If you hate musicals and queer humour the show is just not for you.
